Are PeptidesRG products for human use?

No. PeptidesRG products are sold strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. They are not for human consumption, animal consumption, veterinary use, cosmetic use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use.

What does “For Research Use Only” mean?

"For Research Use Only" means the products are intended exclusively for qualified laboratory research, analytical testing, or in-vitro development. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or condition.

Can you provide dosing, reconstitution, or administration guidance?

No. Because our products are not for human or animal use, we do not provide dosing, administration, protocol, or usage guidance. Any request involving human or animal use may result in order cancellation or account restriction.

Why do I have to confirm research-use terms before viewing products?

We require all site visitors to acknowledge our research-use terms because our products are sold only for laboratory research and analytical purposes. This helps ensure that buyers understand the intended use before viewing or purchasing products.

What happens if someone indicates intended human or animal use?

Any communication suggesting intended human or animal use may result in immediate order cancellation and restriction from future purchases.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?

Yes. PeptidesRG provides batch-specific Certificates of Analysis for applicable products. COA information can be accessed through our COA verification tools or product documentation.

What makes your COA process different?

Many suppliers provide static COA images that are difficult to independently verify. PeptidesRG emphasizes batch-specific documentation and independent U.S. laboratory testing so researchers can review documentation tied to specific lots.

What is your four-point verification standard?

Our four-point verification standard focuses on:

  1. Identity verification
  2. Purity confirmation
  3. Potency verification
  4. Safety screening, including endotoxin and microbial testing where applicable

This goes beyond purity-only claims.

Why is purity testing alone not enough?

Purity testing is important, but it does not tell the whole story. A compound can appear highly pure while still needing confirmation of identity, potency, and safety-related screening. PeptidesRG prioritizes a broader verification approach at significant extra cost.

Where is testing performed?

PeptidesRG uses Freedom Diagnostics, an independent U.S.-based testing laboratory located in Franklin, Tennessee, for peptide testing and verification.

Freedom Diagnostics specializes in research-use-only peptide testing and provides publicly searchable COA records, allowing customers to independently verify batch documentation instead of relying only on static COA images. Their testing process includes HPLC purity analysis and LC-MS identity confirmation, helping confirm both the quality and identity of the tested material.

We chose Freedom Diagnostics because their process aligns with what PeptidesRG is trying to build: transparent, independently verifiable testing, modern analytical methods, and a higher standard of accountability for research compounds.

How do I verify a batch or lot?

Use the batch or lot code provided with the product packaging and enter it on our Verification / COA page. If documentation is not immediately available online, contact support for help locating the correct batch-specific information.

What should I do if I cannot find my COA?

If you cannot locate a COA using the batch or lot code, contact our support team with your order number, product name, and batch/lot information. We will help locate the appropriate documentation.

Are all products tested the same way?

Testing may vary depending on the compound, format, supplier documentation, and available analytical methods. Our goal is to provide transparent, batch-specific verification whenever possible.

Why does PeptidesRG have a more curated catalog?

We intentionally focus on a more curated selection of commonly researched compounds rather than listing hundreds of obscure products. This allows us to prioritize quality, documentation, and fulfillment consistency.

Why do product images sometimes look different?

Product images may be updated as packaging and label designs evolve. The product name, size/spec, batch information, and documentation are the controlling details for each order.

Are product descriptions intended as research summaries?

Yes. Product descriptions are provided for general research context only. They are not medical guidance, health advice, treatment claims, dosing instructions, or usage recommendations.

Can you help me choose which product to buy?

We can answer questions about product availability, documentation, ordering, shipping, and COA verification. We cannot recommend products for human or animal use or provide protocol guidance.

How quickly do orders ship?

Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume, product availability, payment processing, and fulfillment schedule. Most orders are processed and shipped the next day.

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes. Orders are packaged with privacy and discretion in mind. Packaging is designed to protect product integrity while avoiding unnecessary external product details.

Where do you ship from?

PeptidesRG orders are fulfilled from our secure distribution center within the United States.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. When tracking is available, it will be provided after your order has been processed and shipped.

What if my package is delayed?

Carrier delays can occur after a package leaves our facility. If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact support and we will help review the shipment status.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product condition. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

How should research compounds be stored?

All lyophilized products (powder form) should be held in a freezer until you are ready to use them in your research. If you choose to reconstitute the vial for your research, the vial should be stored refrigerated.

What should I do when my order arrives?

Inspect the package, confirm the product and size/spec, retain batch or lot information, and store the product according to the product-specific handling guidance.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods may vary. The current payment options will be shown during checkout.

Why might an order be placed on hold?

Orders may be placed on hold due to payment review, address verification, inventory review, compliance concerns, or other fulfillment checks.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns may be limited. Please review our Shipping & Returns policy or contact support with your order number for assistance.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund eligibility depends on order status, product condition, fulfillment stage, and the nature of the issue. Contact support with your order number so we can review the situation..

How do I contact support?

Use the Contact page for order questions, COA/documentation requests, shipping issues, or general support. Include your order number when possible so we can respond faster.
