Terms and Conditions & RUO Liability Waiver

1. General Acknowledgment By purchasing from PeptidesRG LLC (hereinafter “the Company”), you (hereinafter “the Purchaser”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this website. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason—especially if there is suspicion of misuse or intended human consumption of our products.
2. Strictly for Research Use Only (RUO) All products sold by the Company are strictly for in vitro laboratory and preclinical research purposes only.
   • NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
   • NOT FOR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION.
   • NOT FOR DIAGNOSTIC OR THERAPEUTIC USE.
   • NOT FOR CLINICAL TRIALS.
   Under no circumstances are these products to be used for recreational purposes, human dosing, dietary supplementation, cosmetics, or any other inappropriate application.
3. Purchaser Qualifications & Liability The Purchaser affirms that they are a qualified researcher, affiliated with a laboratory, university, or research institution, and are fully aware of the properties, risks, and handling procedures associated with these chemicals.
   The Purchaser assumes all responsibility and liability for the safe handling, storage, and application of these products. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, incidental or consequential, arising from the negligence, misuse, or mishandling of these
   research chemicals.
4. Regulatory Compliance The Purchaser acknowledges that the products have not been tested by the Company for safety or efficacy in food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or any commercial application. It is the Purchaser’s sole responsibility to ensure that their research complies with all local, state, federal, and international regulations, guidelines, and laws.
5. Indemnification The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the Purchaser’s improper use of the products, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
6. Product Information & Misuse Any information provided on this website, including but not limited to product descriptions, molecular weights, and chemical formulas, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as a guide for medical treatment or human application. If the Company detects any communication (via email, social media, or otherwise) implying that a Purchaser intends to use our products for human consumption or any unapproved purpose, the order will be immediately canceled, and the Purchaser will be permanently banned from our platform.
