Shipping Methods:
PeptidesRG ships orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other courier services within the United States. During checkout, available shipping options (standard, expedited, overnight, etc.) will be displayed based on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed by PeptidesRG. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Guarantee:
We guarantee that all verified orders (payment confirmed and required checks completed) will be shipped within one (1) business day. If we fail to ship your verified order within this timeframe, the shipping cost will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit upon request.

Verification Delays:
The one-business-day shipping guarantee begins only after successful order verification. Any delays caused by pending verification, missing information, or required confirmations (such as age or address verification) are excluded from this guarantee. In such cases, shipping refunds will not apply.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders delayed due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverified information will not qualify for shipping refunds. The processing timeline will begin only after all issues are resolved.

Risk of Loss:
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. PeptidesRG is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. However, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier if needed. Any resolution (refund/replacement) will be subject to the carrier’s policies.

Delivery Confirmation:
Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation will serve as proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for securing their package after delivery. PeptidesRG is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. For added security, customers may request signature confirmation or arrange carrier pickup.
